1. Refund Policy
– Refunds are available within 7 working days of receiving your order, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
– If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund.
– If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
– Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the refund may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
1.0. How to Return an Item
